Because SKELDEV® is a dietary supplement, certain hygiene, safety, and verification requirements apply.

14-Day Return Policy for Unopened Products

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase

Opened or partially used supplements are not eligible for return under this unopened-product return policy due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If multiple units are purchased in the same order, only unopened, unused, and sealed units may be eligible for return. Opened or partially used units are not eligible for refund.

SKELDEV® also offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for the 90-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • You must have purchased the product directly from https://skeldev.com or our Shopify store

  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase

  • Your request must be submitted within 90 calendar days of purchase

  • The guarantee applies to your first order only, unless otherwise stated in writing

  • We may request that you return any unused or empty product containers before a refund is approved

This guarantee is based on customer satisfaction. It does not guarantee any specific health, wellness, growth, height, or physical result.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Refund requests submitted outside the applicable timeframe

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

  • Orders where proof of purchase cannot be verified

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions
