5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By purchasing from SKELDEV, you acknowledge and agree to all refund eligibility conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Restrictions on opened products

  • Multi-unit purchase limitations

  • Requirements of the 90-Day Results-Based Refund Guarantee

Failure to comply with the Refund Policy will result in denial of a refund.
